To block outdated or manipulated images, all photos must be captured in real-time through the app's secure interface.

High-precision GPS coordinates, timestamps, and device info are recorded and cryptographically hashed with the image file upon capture, ensuring data immutability.

AI-Powered Liveness Detection

To prevent fraudulent activities like re-capturing screens, AI technologies like Amazon Rekognition verify that the camera is capturing a real 3D scene.

4.2 Privacy & Regulatory Compliance

To comply with privacy laws like PIPA (South Korea), identifiable faces and license plates in all uploaded images are automatically blurred through an AI anonymization pipeline. We will initially use commercial APIs and plan to develop our own YOLOv8-based pipeline for long-term cost efficiency.

4.3 Hybrid Quality Assurance (QA)

Stage 1 AI Auto-Check filters low-quality data like blurriness and duplicates. Stage 2 Community Verification allows high-reputation users to act as 'AI Trainers', further enhancing data accuracy and quality through gamified micro-tasks.
